Cancellation Policy for Camper Registration
We understand things don't always work out as hoped. In the event that a cancellation is necessary we've developed this policy to help ensure the change does not affect you or the other campers as much as possible.
If you cancel:

- More than two weeks prior to the start of camp, you will get a full refund, less $2,000 for registration and administration fee.

- Within two weeks prior to the start of camp, you will get a $5,000 refund.

- Within 2 days of the camp there will be NO REFUND (includes camp fees, and transportation fees if applicable) except for medical reasons with a note from a doctor. In that case, you will get a full refund less $2,000 for registration and administration fee.
No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary action, late arrival or early departures.
