    Delegating helps persons feel a sense of purpose and valuable belonging in your team. It’s especially more important when they are volunteering. If they get little to nothing to do then they’ll feel as if they are wasting their time. They’ll leave the team and it might become weaker.

    I love the part of repetition. Very true because not all members of the team will get what you are saying from the get go. And delegate base on what your team member strength is you wont have to suffer burn out
